The Real Mad Honey is a very powerful and special honey from the mountains in the Black Sea region of Turkey, it is mainly found in the regions of Rize and Trabzon. The honey is produced by bees that feed on the nectar of the rhododendron flower, the plant contains grayanotoxins - that is a very rare substance that gives the Real Mad Honey a special property.

The honey has been used for centuries in traditional medicine and is highly praised for its euphoric, pain-relieving and relaxing effects.
