Kanna helps improve mood and reduce anxiety. In South Africa, the herb was used as a euphoric stimulant by the Hottentots. The Dutch who later arrived in South Africa called the herb kaugoed.
Kanna (Sceletium Tortuosum from Mystic Herbs) can be chewed, snorted, drunk as a tea and mixed with, for example, chocolate milk. You chew by mixing a dose of 100 mg to 1 gram with chewing gum. For sniffing, a dose of 20 mg is enough to notice something. For Kanna tea, take 1 teaspoon of Kanna in 1 cup of hot water, let it steep for 15 minutes. It is also possible to extract the active substances of Kanna with alcohol.
