The Kanna 20x from Indian Spirit is an extract that is 20 times stronger than the normal kanna powder.

The extract can be snorted and chewed, but can also be drunk as a tea. With the extract you should use a tenth of what is recommended with the regular Kanna. The following dosage is great for a 20x kanna extract: For a cup of tea you use 20mg of Kanna extract and when you chew it with chewing gum 2,5 to 7,5 mg of extract is sufficient.
