Description
Gotu Kola
gotu kola, also called fo ti tien, pennywort or hydrocotyle, is a swamp plant that occurs naturally in almost all of Asia and parts of South Africa. Fo ti ten means in Chinese 'elixir for long life'.
Although the name might suggest otherwise, Gotu Kola is unrelated to the kola nut and contains no caffeine.
