The unique composition of 6 different herbs gives you a sharp mindset in combination with a mild relaxing effect. The stimulating part comes from the pink lotus and marshmellow and the (physical) relaxation comes from valerian.

Starry Nights contains the following herbs:
• Tagates Lucida
• Kanna
• Pink Lotus
• Lavender
• Marshmallow
• Valerian

Use
'Starry Nights' contains 50 grams of herbs. Add 1 tablespoon of spice mix to 150ml of water and slowly bring to the boil. Let it cool and drink the tea when it is at drinking temperature.
